With over 22 years of industry experience, Stephen has led teams which have partnered with more than 4,500 companies, successfully selling over $70 million in voluntary benefits. He credits his achievements to the strong relationships he has cultivated with brokers, including financial advisors, health brokers, and property and casualty agencies, along with his dedicated team of associates.

Stephen began his career as an Aflac sales representative, enjoying two decades of consistent success with the company. As significant shifts in the healthcare market emerged, brokers began to seek out diverse product lines and carriers. Recognizing this need for broader options, Stephen established Iconic Benefits Group.

Rather than focusing on a specific type of business, Stephen and his team prioritize relationships, serving a diverse range of clients, from medical practices and construction companies to government contractors. He is always eager to forge new strategic partnerships with brokers and welcomes discussions about potential sales positions within Iconic Benefits Group.
